Can't unroot - need help

I rooted my phone with the pete's motorola root tools and now it won't unroot. I've unrooted it before for the last update, and then i rerooted and everything went fine. so now i want to take my phone to verizon so i'm trying to unroot. everytime i click unroot it goes through everything fine, and then it says my phone has been successfully unrooted, but superuser is still installed.

Any ideas?

UPDATE - It looks like my phone is unrooted, but i can't get superuser uninstalled.

nevermind, i got it uninstalled. i don't know how, but after telling the market to uninstalling the updates for superuser and then restarting my phone might have fixed it.
