Cant type in text box other applications

Thank you so much Shaggykid. I finally got a keyboard and im able to respond to people's texts, emails. Jeeez that was hard! but for the life of me i do not see how i could have deleted my keyboard in the first place. it would seem such a deliberate action that i KNOW better than to delete ish i dont understand what it is.
