Can't turn off alarm...keeps going off at 5:30 am every morning

I used the Alarm Widget that came with my S4 at first. After using it for a week I found Alarm + and began using that. Now when I go into the stock alarm widget and try to unselect the days of the week for the alarm, I save it and it defaults back to alarm going off the next morning at 5:30 am. Today it looks like I have an alarm for Thursday morning at 5:30 am. Tomorrow it will look like I have an alarm set for Friday at 5:30 am. Weirdest thing. Is there a way to stop that stupid thing from going off every day at 5:30 am? It's not killing me since I get up ay 5:00 am every day anyhow...but it does interrupt my quiet time with coffee.Nate

Did you try going into the Clock app itself and trying to do it from there?

Go to click widget press down on the alarm that is set. A pop up will come up with to delete

Got it. Go into clock spp and long press the alarm and choose delete.
