Hi all. I have voicemails forwarded to my email account in the form of WAV files. I never had a problem with the Droid Pro playing them. After the update, I'm getting a file not supported error.

Tried battery pull but no luck. Ideas?

Did you previously use an app from the Android Market to play the .wav files? I always had to use "Remote Wave" in the Market. I think my office voicemails are now in a different file format, because with Gingerbread I no longer need to have Remote Wave. If you can't get playback to work you might give it a try...Good Luck!

I have the opposite situation. My voicemail WAV's played directly with the Droid Pro music player before the GB download two days ago. I now get a "file not supported" error. So I just downloaded the free version of Remote Wave and sure enough, they play with that app! So thanks! I made Remote Wave my default app for WAV's and I'm now good.

Must be a codec change that fixed your problem and created mine :)
