Can't pair headset

I upgrade from a Moto Razr Max. I have been using a Moto Bluetooth headset. They have worked nicely till I tried to pair them to my new HTC One. They will not pair. I have paired two other devices without a hitch. The headphones still pair to my old phone. Any advice would be appreciated.

Try doing a reset of your Moto Bluetooth headset. I reset mine before I pair them with a new phone.

I didn't know the headset needed reset, but that fixed it.
