Can't make calls to my home phone

For the past few weeks, when I call home number (land line/also Verizon) from my droid, there was a short ring then it went to voice mail. Now instead of going to vm there's a normal sounding busy signal. Sorry if this problem has already been posted--I can't seen to find it. Thanks for any help!

Are other people able to call your home phone?

Yes. All home calls are coming through. Also, there is a second droid phone and that one can make the call successfully. The only difference I see is in the Voicemail service settings: on mine it is green the other phone setting is grayed out.

Try calling *22899 it will reprogram your phone.
