Cant install droid on Computer

My computer keeps asking me for a software disk, but i didnt recieve one from verizon. How do I get access to my droid from my computer?

I ran into the same issue. Are you running Windows 7 ?
My computer dual boots.
I did get it to work, but on Vista.
So it was showing no love for Win7 for me.

are you on the RC still or the RTM version

Did you download the drivers for the DROID ?

If not, Look Here.

never had any problems on mine.. i just plugged in my droid to the pc's usb and it automatically found and installed the drivers for me.. are you connected to the internet when you did yours?

im using vista 32
