cant install apps

whenever i try downloading an app, it downloads but when it goes to install, it always says "error, failed to install on USB storage device or SD card" and i have no idea what that means

Didnt find the file, found the path but no file as mentioned in the link. Thank you for the help.

I deleted all the non-loading apps and redownloaded the must haves.

Installed dropbox to save .aks on there.

There are two potential path for the file. I found it in the second. Now phone updates and installs nicely. )
