help!!!! after installing lfy apps gone

hi well i finally successfuly instaled liquid frozen yogurt with the watermark theme and it looks great
but i cant access my sd card all my apps show up in the sd card (thru the laptop) but cant find them in the phone i looked around and im suposed to find them in my downloads but where is my dowunloads? cant find it in sd and phone storage or privacy and dont know where else to look for them and i don remember how many i had

All of your paid apps at the very least would be in the market in downloads.

indeed they are so i supose i have to re download all my free ones? and another q? so every time i installa new rom or theme ill lose my apps in a wipe and if so how can avoid dat?dancedroid

Also, if you sign into Appbrain with your Google account, they'll keep a list of your installed apps and you can just reinstall from there. There's also making backups using something like Titanium Backup.
