Can't Get Text Messages to Read out.

I have an HTC Rezound, on verizon. I'm using Handcent and SVOX.

Text messages wont read out, i've tried every setting i can find. Am I missing something?

Does anybody else use TTS on their Rezound??

I've used Vlingo no problem and it works just fine from GOSms as well.
