Can't get rid of OTA update

So I am rooted and I tried to flash a rom from an aformentioned source who shall not be said around these parts. Bottom line is that I got the OTA update offer, accepted it and clockwork blocked it like it should have. I keep receiving the update notification without the option to update and install. How do I make it stop showing up? The restart and install option is grayed out on the notification but it will not go away.

Peter Alfonso download the first thing listed on his site. I know it says bb but it should work on your rom. (he only changed a script or something.)
