Can't get 2.2.2 update to go through.

I'm trying to update to 2.2.2, I downloaded and installedthe first update, and I can successfully download the froyo update, but it won't go all the way through. It will finish downloading, prompt me to install, then power down to install, but when it installs it gets to about 35%, then shows the triangle with the ! In it and reboots. HELP.

Edit: I'm rooted with stock everything, and have system reset twice hoping it would work. No luck.

Most likely you will need to un-root your device before it can go through 100%
