Cant find SD card on Eris?

I saved a bunch of pictures onto my SD card as "downloads", but they're not comign up in my Albums.

Where is the SD card located on the phone? What menus?

You have to remove the back cover (battery cover) to get to it.

I don't mean physically, I mean how do I get to whatever is stored on it through my phone's menus.

I see no options to view whats on my SD card anywhere in any menus.

I believe you may need 3rd party software to browse what's on your SD card through the phone. ASTRO is one that I hear alot about, although I haven't played with it very much.

On my SD card, I created a folder called Pictures (while it was mounted to my laptop), and dropped the pictures in there and they come up in the phone's picture viewer. The SD's Download folder is used by the web browser to download files to.

Download Astro File Manager from the market and all your downloads will be under a file called...downloads.
