can't find business contacts in search

What is it on about half my contacts when I do a search for the business name they won't show up? If I type the persons name they show up and the business name is correct but when I look up using the business name it shows nothing.

I noticed when I delete the business name and retype it in the phone then the look up works.

This only happens on about 1/2 the contacts.

I'm still having this problem. Any ideas? I can search for these business names in Outlook contacts and google contacts but once I try it on the phone they won't look up. It seems to be about 40% of the business names won't look up.

This causes a lot of problems when I'm on the road. I'll need to call a business but can't remember the contact but just the business name.
