Can't DL paid apps from the market

Anyone having trouble DLing paid apps in the market? I just tried to DL Kinetic Clock and it keeps saying error, please try again. But when I go to DL a free app, theres no problem.

Not I. Is your card info correct on the market? I just downloaded SQLite for 2.99.

For some reason I can't find where to check my card info. I thought it was in My Account but I don't see it
