Can't connect smtp.live.com

Can someone help? I used to be able to see my hotmail account without a problem. I changed my password and now I can't get my phone (droid x) to connect. It keeps telling me "can't connect to smtp.live.com.

Try setting it as an exchange. I've yet to have an issue.

This server requires an encrypted SSL connection. (Is this checked or not?)
