Can we decipher the numbers in anyway to tell the date of manufacture for the Bionic?

Pull the battery and look for numbers like XX/11. The XX will be the week of manufacture and the 11 will be 2011. XX/12 should probably start showing up in people's hands soon too. Mine is 33/11.

Thanks, I wonder if we can tell which phones are causing most of the trouble this way. My first Bionic was 27/11, my new one is 42/11. I hope it does not have all the issues, I know we will have to wait for the OTA to really fix everything.

An excellent theory. I know there's a theory about not getting a car made on either a Monday (hung over) or Friday (thinking about the weekend).

Mine is 26/11 and has worked fine since Day 1.
