Can the fixed navigation bar be disabled to use that space?

If not, the actual usable space is similar to the original Razr and too easy to touch by accident when gaming.

HTC released an update for the One X that gives the option to hide the navigation bar and use the space, rather than simply darkening the button area.

The key is getting the space so the display is truly 4.7". If not, not really different for space than the current Razr, save for the higher resolution.
