Can MotoDroid be managed from PC?

I notice when I plug in my Droid to the pc for charging, I can't see it on My Computer. Is there a piece of software (like the RIM Desktop Manager or something) that permits you to do this?

In particular, I have videos and photos I want to save on my external drive.

more accurately / usb mount / there are also wifi options if u poke .... (motorola released some...)

I've got the pictures, but the video is uploading via wireless. Does the video not go to the sd card? Is there a way to specify that video save to the sd card?

pictures and video are stored under DCIM>Camera>(the picture/video you want)
