Can I Make Ringtones From Music I Buy From G. Play?

The only quarrel I have left with buying music from the Play store is this one.... can I make ringtones with the songs I purchase? I typically use Ringtone Maker Pro.

I just go into my music, longpress the song and just set ringtone.

There are numerous mp3 downloaders on the play store, and also many ringtone makers as well.. both free.
