can i make my led flash when i get a call or text

The title is the question this is the only option the iPhone has that Android don't and I'm wondering is there an app that will make my led flash if I get a text or call I rarely ever have my ringer on and this would be great if I could

I imagine you mean camera flash LED.

-Open up Play Store.

-Search for flash notification.

-Install one that seems good.

-Repeat previous steps until satisfied.
