Can I attach a DROIDX to a Television?

I enjoy watching Justin TV (live dart tournaments from England) on my Android phone. Is it possible to connect my phone to a television and stream the video from the phone onto the television screen?

Real HDMI is good but may or may not do what you are looking for. Some applications have triggers in them to shut them down or disallow streaming if HDMI is enabled. Not sure the status of Justin TV Application. but it should work if you are using a browser.
