Can i add a Display page ? Ics only has limited pages

I need more display room/ add a display page[/h]

i want to add another page to my razr there is just not enogfe room, I would even like to genre my apps into folders but cant seem to find that either to conserve room on the pages i do have , and when i use a different theme that does have as many pages i want it slows down my phone and has lag on response time and i am a business man who needs to respond fast to contacts, emails, sms, and i found the bluant sms to speech to be very helpful..

i need to get another display page
or at the least folders.................

You can't add pages without a different launcher. You can make folders by dragging one app icon over another. Assuming you've updated to ice cream sandwich of course. Also, there are launchers that aren't laggy. Go launcher has worked fine for me.
