Can anyone help me?

I have a D2G that is 2 months old. Today at 4pm, it started flashing on the startup screen. It wouldn't bootup all the way. I call VZ, and the tech had me do a complete data wipe(not factory reset). It has since been working fine. Now it is saying I have no 3G network, and I cannot make/receive calls or texts. I have 3-4 bars consistently. But no network connectivity. Please help!!!

I would call VZW right back.

Try toggling airplane mode, that usually refreshes your data connection.
