Can anyone direct me?

As anyone who has dealt with Appalachian Wireless knows, the technicians (or lack thereof) are lacking. I would like to learn to create sbf files from my aw phones for those of us that like to root and adjust their phones. I would like to make these public as i create them, but i am a noob and am not sure how to go about this. Any help would be appreciated.
