Agreed... Mine works pretty good. Whats a RAZOR anyway?

Some things I have found helpful:

First, the lens gets smudged easy and makes the pictures look fuzzy. Try to wipe it off before you take a picture.
There are two settings, one for 6MP which displays the pictures in 16:9 format, the other is 8MP which takes a better picture but they look like 4:3 when displayed on the screen.
Play around with your custom settings like white balance, brightness, etc to see which works best for you in different settings. "Auto" may not necessarily work best in all settings.
You can set the volume up/down to work as zoom in/out
You can use the rapid shot setting to get difficult pictures or motion pictures and pick the best shot.
