When i'm focusing on taking a picture, is there a way to leave the flashlight on? It only comes on when i take pictures.
Also how come the video camera doesn't use the flashlight? its kind of pointless to record a video with low light surroundings...

I downloaded the DroidLight app from the market. I use it all the time. It is a simple on and off light for the LED light.

I use Droid lite too. Helped me find a dowel I lose when I was fooling around with my amp.

MotoTorch is another LED light app. You can have the light on video, just turn your flashlight app on first, then open up the camera to record video
