Calls and echo

Been getting an echo on speaker phone and regular calls. Thoughts?

Have you dropped your phone or anything to cause any sort of shock to the phone?

Can you emulate the problem with various phones including landline?

No, it's just my lgv20 that does it. Verizon. Never had an issue with my note7 or s5

Black Friday. I just never make calls and it took a week or so before i did, after buying it.

I would bring it back to Verizon and see if they'll swap it out for a new one. Seems like a hardware issue to me.

You should try to emulate it yourself to make sure it is the phone and not some random network issue. They'll probably try it in store as well.
