Is there a way to change the default android picture for incoming calls on the Incredible?

Only way I've seen it work was syncing to facebook.

I imagine you could take a picture and assign it to a contact? Haven't tried it though

Just figured it out.

You wanna go to 'phone' hit menu, and 'people'

1. select contact and hold down
2. edit contact
3. You'll see a camera icon by their name at the top, click that
4. you get the option of 'gallery' or 'camera'
5. assign photo

Done.

Thanks so much for replying. However, I know how to assign a picture to a contact. I want to change the default for incoming calls that are not in my phonebook. When a call comes in I don't know, it has the android avatar, i want to be able to change that one.
