Hi, my caller id can't show incomming Name (only show numbers) despite my caller id is activated. After software update, one weird icon appear and stop my incomming Names to show up. Only show numbers and I'm not sure who is the party calling me. Even hard factory reset also can't remove the weird icon. It has bothering me for quite some time. Even latest software update did not remove it. Please help! I appreciate it
