Call waiting

When I get a second call and take my phone away from my ear the screen stays black and I can't get to the call. Is there a sensitive setting? When I'm done with a call it stays black also?

Your light sensor / proximity sensor is blocked or not working.

Right of the ear speaker. 2 little circles that are hard to see.

Btw, if you hit your power button the screen will come back on.

If you have a screen protector and it is covering the sensors, you can have this problem.
