Call forwarding to international number?

Going abroad next month and I need to keep my phone active for business calls. I plan on getting a cheap GSM phone and leaving my TBolt plugged in at home, but how can I forward the calls--I don't see any option to do so...

Any more clever ways of getting my phone to ring while in Thailand and Hong Kong?
