Calibration issue

My Spectrum 2 will not calibrate, says it fail whenever I try. Also the screen will not rotate. I have checked to see if rotation option is checked, and it is. I'v . Taken the battery out and and also tried taking my cover off. I am at a loss as what to do. Can anyone help me out? Thanks

Try to go back to factory settings. It is possible that one of the applications you have installed on your phone does not give you permission to do this. If the problem persists there may be something wrong in terms of hardware
