I recently bought a new Droid X and am having trouble with my calendar. I sync my phone to my schools Microsoft Exchange system for all of my emails, contacts, and calendar events. When I add an event in Microsoft Outlook 2007, it comes up on my phone just fine. However, when I add an event from my phone, it always treats it like a meeting invitation in outlook instead of just a simple event; I get three main problems:
- Any event I add from my phone is marked "private" in outlook
- When I enter a location in the "Where" section, my phone treats it as an email address. (i.e. if I enter "Office" it will change it to "Office@myschoolsdomain.edu"
- Also, is there a way to use my outlook categories with this phone?
