I can't find a calader do we have one

Well there isnt a calader..but there is a calendar. It's a widget, and an app in the app drawer.

OK now I am going to sound stupid but wher is the
widgets and aps

Nah you are fine.

if you long press on your screen you will see the option to add a widget.

if you hit the little up arrow button next to phone on yor screen...a whole new world of apps awaits. You must not be coming from a smarthphone. Unlike regular phones, android works with a system that doesnt place all of your apps on the screen alone. You can make folders shortcuts and things to apps stored on the phone.

Can I sync Outlook's Calendar, I use it all the time and would love to have a copy on my phone!!!!!

There is actually 2 calendar widgets. One is sense version and one is Android version.
