Button Help!

i have literally bought my lg ally yesterday and today my buttons have stopped working (the actually buttons, the touch buttons i.e. back and search along with the end key are still working, but my keyboard and other buttons have stopped working. can you tell me how to fix it or should i got to the store.

Bummer. Pull the battery and restart. If still bad then goto Verizon.

Yeah just pull the battery out without turning the phone off and then restart it all. I've heard of this problems at other forums and this fix has worked so far.
