Bt pairs and connects to media but not phone

I have a Jabra Drive hands free Bluetooth which when I first got it a week ago paired OK and worked for the phone and media. After about a week it stopped pairing with the phone and only showed that the media was connected. I unpaired and rebooted the phone at the same time I cleared all the pairings from the Drive BT. I paired the 2 devices again and it worked until I shutoff the BT and turned it back on the next day. Does anyone have any suggestions. My Droid 3 is a plain Jane Verizon, no rooting.
