Broken screen

I am so pissed about this. The phone took less than a 2 foot fall with a case and broke. In the last 5 years I've owned 4 phones and just in the last 6 months broke 3 screens.

The turbo has the one time replacement correct?

Called and they said the broken screen voids the warranty and that I need to contact Verizon for the free replacement.

We do it's on Verizon's website. Must be through Verizon

Makes you wonder if they knew this was an "issue" with this device. Can't say I ever recall a carrier or manufacturer automatically include a free screen

^^ right! The drop was not far at all. And to top it off I just put a diztronic case on the night before.

Luck of the draw. Mine fell face first (hard) onto my oak floor from about 3 ft. I didn't even look at it (no case) pulled it out later - not a mark. I went and put my case on.

My boxer knocked mine off of an end table, and it got a tiny scratch on the screen. I put the flexible glass screen protector on, and it in a case now.

According to what I've been told.. Yes... It was a known issue.. And after so many turbos were delivered to owners and verizon, with broken screens... They made this one time no questions asked replacement, deal..
