Both Versions of the Nexus 4 Phone Sold Out in US PlayStore as Well

Earlier today, the Australian and UK versions of the Nexus 4 smartphone sold out within minutes of being up on their respective Play Store destinations. It looks as if the same thing happened for the US versions as well. Both the 8GB ($299.99) and the 16GB ($349.99) versions of the Nexus 4 are now listed as "Coming Soon" on the US Google Play Store site. All we can say is, "Wow! That was fast!"

I hope that the sales of this phone will drive venders to realize they would do well to offer phones to us directly at better prices.

It doesn't look like all hope is lost, if you keep refreshing the page every few times "add to cart" appears, and people have been having luck buying it once it shows up.
