Okay, I've read a bunch of the other topics, and people say to use programs named by abbreviations, without links...
I'm too new to this to understand how to get out of it.

2 days ago I went from SmokedGalss6.1 to BuglessBeastV.0.4
I tried doing it from "update" (Hold 'Power' and 'X') without luck
I ended up using ROM_Manager to install the ROM (Was really painless)

Yesterday, I started looking for themes for the ROM
I was having no luck, tried installs from "update" and threw "RM"
When I ran the update of the RM file, 'nothing' happened...
Today, I installed the round blue signal icon threw "RM" without issue.

Moving on to where the problem starts.
Using RM I went to install '928DroidBlackGlass2-2-MM.zip'
Set the speed to the slowest setting, and hit apply all
It would run to 4or5 out of 42 then reboot
I figured I'd have to install them 1 at a time.
Starting at the bottom; YouTube, VoiceSearch, Vending, Twitter, Talk...
Talk took a very long time, then I saw that the clock was 6 minutes slow and the cursor had stopped spinning. I had to pull the battery to get the phone to restart. Now, all I can get is the 'M' in endless loop or the Bootloader 2C.6C screen

Possible useful info:
1) 3rd ROM. (SG5, SG6, BBv0.4)
2) I was getting a white light on the side of the phone, now it's just for a second (I think it's fully charged)
3) I do have a back-up, on the phone
4) I have a wall charger & USB to computer (Windows7-64)
5) I was working with SweeterHome2 (I ran much smoother on BBv0.4 than SG6)

Thanks for looking at this!
I hope you guys can help

Do you have a backup? If you err able to load things thru RM you should definitely be able to boot into recovery holding x then hitting the powet button. Going from smoked glass to froyo without wiping the system would probably give issues before you even started themeing. I would try to boot into recovery and wipe everything except your sdcard and do a fresh install of something.

Possible useful info #3, Yes, I do have a back-up on the phone
No, I can't boot into recovery with holding the X
No, I wasn't able to get past the M, even after a full wall charge
Yes, I did do a full system wipe when I installed the ROM

Have you tried flashing a 2.1 sbf and starting from scratch?

I had recently had the exact same issue (also with W7-64) and ended up researching options. I ended up downloading RSD Lite, drivers, and an SBF file to get the phone back to stock 2.0.1 (would have liked to have the 2.1 instead to save a step). After up and running, rooted with RSD and installed SPRecovery. Then, restored to one of my back ups. Whole ordeal took all of maybe two hours.
