Body glove screen problem

Is anyone else having the same problem I am with the body glove case. Like when I put it on its like pressing down on a lcd monitor...it creates that affect accept on the droids screen :/ but when I take tha case off it goes away.

I've never used a body glove case but this happend when I bought a gel case. I would put it on and get that "rainbow bubble" affect in the middle of the screen. When I removed the case, it would disappear.
Since then I use a different case and don't have that problem.
I know that its not good for the screen longterm.

This happens to my X if I have the battery cover on. My solution was to use a case (either the Otterbox Commuter or the dual case) with no battery cover. Everything else about the phone is too perfect to start gambling with refurbs.

The first one I got was from radio shack and was a arm and a leg. Found one on amazon for $10. So now I use the one i got from amazon and have no problems with it. I work in maintence thats why i decided on the body glove knew the phone would take a beating

A few of my friends have an x as well. Some got theirs on release day and some later during the year. I on the other hand bought it january this year.

Now, my friends who bought theirs on release day all don't have screen issues. But my friends (including myself) who bought one later, we all experience this "bubble" affect. Not sure if there is a difference on build quality but it sounds like there is...

Mine is also new (Bought Feb. 10th) and I have the same issue. It is annoying, but it's not causing any problems yet as long as I leave the battery cover off.

I've had this issue since I got the phone in early Aug 2010. With any of the more protective cases. It also appears on my naked device whenever it gets cold outside, like under 40 degrees. Annoying yes but otherwise the phone runs flawlessly.

Anyone know if this screen issue will cause problems in the long run? Like how it would affect the visual display? I heard of some screens having permanent white spots on their screen due this. I definitely don't want that on my X as it is barely 2 months old and I love this device.
