Bluetooth will not start on new Galaxy Note 9

I just bought a NEW Galaxy Note 9 and after setting up for use on Sprint, I cannot get Bluetooth to turn on. The button just goes gray. I did a Factory Reset to reload everything and it still will not start. Does anyone have any ideas?

Welcome to the Forum. . I have seen this work before, it's worth a try:

Turn Airplane Mode - On
Reboot the phone
Turn Airplane Mode - Off
Turn Bluetooth - On

I had a similiar problem. I could connect to my sennheiser bluetooth earbuds, but no music was playing. I tried everything on this forum but nothing worked. I finally found the solution on another website. In settings search "Reset Network Settings" I did that and it fixed my bluetooth issues.
