Bluetooth to RCA adapter

I found this Belkin bluetooth to rca adapter that I would like to use in my car...has anyone used this one before or do you have any suggestions for better brands/models? Does the droid stream audio well through the A2DP connection...such as pandora?

Well I just read that this adapter requires AC power. Though I could hardwire a converter into my car I'd rather just find an adapter that was DC powered...any suggestions?
