Bluetooth in car

Hey Droidfans,

I am working on finding a way to connect my droid to my 2009 honda civic through bluetooth (i rather not use wires).

Issues:
My car does not support bluetooth for audio
I rather not use a dc power jack if i do not have to
I will not use items that require a battery to use (annoying)
I do not want wires running all around in the car

Pros:
My car does have an external audio jack
My car does have a usb audio jack (it's not near the audio jack)

My Research:
I have been looking into bluetooth audio receivers, but it seems like they all need external power sources.

I would love any help you guys can give.

There are BT kits for cars out there. I don't have any experience with any of them and can't recommend any. If you want A2DP then make sure that the kit supports it.

You can always wire power to whatever solution you end up with. If you can't do this yourself then hire a car audio installer to do the work.

Don't forget the accessories subforum. I think there are at least a couple of relevant threads.
