Bluetooth headset not syncing

I have a Plantronics Voyager 510 earpiece and my brand new Motorola Droid phone is not seeing it. Any tips or tricks to get these two to see each other?

You have to set the DROID's bluetooth to "Visible" and then start searching, while you initiate the pairing mode on your headset ;D
