Bluetooth 4.0 on the Bionic?

Does anyone know if the Bionic came with bluetooth 4.0 hardware? I know it's currently running v3.0, but is there 4.0 in there that hasn't been activated yet?

I seriously doubt it. "If" the differences between 3.0 and 4.0 are strictly software, then it might be upgraded to 4.0 someday by Motorola. However, typically a whole version upgrade isn't just software.
