Although I can pair my Motorola Droid with my MDX I can't seem to connect, thus can't enter my phonebook. Anyone else having a similar problem?

Can't upload Phonebook to MDX

I just bought a new MDX. The phone pairs, but the phonebook will not upload. Is it possible that the phone is not allowing access??

Any suggestions

Transfer contacts to an Acura 2010 TL w/tech package

This worked for me. The info was furnished by an Acura tech.

The problem was that after the Droid and car blue-tooth are connected, a request for contact transfer from the car to the Droid has to be accepted by the Droid or there is no transfer.

At the beginning of the transfer process, a yellow bar (about 1/8" thick) shows up at the top of the Droid screen requesting permission to allow access to the Droid contacts. You have to be pretty fast to catch the bar (it took me 3 tries). Once you've succeeded, the drop down window shade on the Droid asks for an OK.

Once you've OKed the transfer, the next request from the car blue-tooth should result in a transferred phone book.
