Block calls/text message

I am wanting an app to that will block ppl and text messages who call me which is the best app for that? Their is so many Im not sure which is the best one for that

if u have vzw, ur plan should have that feature within itself. I have blocked unwanted phone#s and websites thru vzw. its free, check into it

Define "best". Are you looking to avoid being billed for these calls and texts? If so, an app isn't a suitable solution.
