Well you can block incoming calls through your contacts?

-Go to the specific contact you would like to block
-Press the menu button
-Click settings or options depending on your firmware
-Check block incoming calls

Just saying =)

I don't want to harp about it either OP but you did the same thing with the title of the post. At least make the title easy to to understand.

if its someone thats really bothering you and you are looking for a more permanent solution, you could just call verizon wireless and have them block the number. its a free service

Free? I've had to block a contact or 2 in the past. Starting with Sprint/Nextel, they charged me $10 per contact/per month. Verizon said they would charge me $5 per contact/per month. So, if I have 3 contacts to block, that's $15 per month.

Either someone is full of crap, or this is simply absurd. I don't understand the reason or need to charge people to block someone. These wireless cell phone companies already make enough money from us yet they still feel the need to charge even the smallest things (like blocking a contact). Really arrogant, greedy, and absurd.
