Blizzard Authenticator? 2.1 update resetting it?

Currently I have an unrooted 2.0.1 Droid and I just downloaded the Blizzard Authenticator from the Market but I am worried about when I updated from 2.0.1 to 2.1 it will erase the code. Anyone have any ideas?

2.1 should not erase anything that you have.
But some apps might not work with 2.1 until they are updated by their developer.

I wouldn't think so but I am afraid it would change the key within the program and change the math for the authenticator key

Yeah 2.1 will not change any of your apps or personal data....it doesn't wipe anything when it installs.

But I wouldn't hang on to the idea of it coming soon cause they just said that info was prematurely released
